Description:
  1   Extend Right arm parallel with the floor, palm down
  2   Extend Left arm parallel with the floor, palm down
  3   In a sweeping motion, rotate right arm to palm up
  4   In a sweeping motion, rotate left arm to palm up
  5   Place right hand on left shoulder
  6   Place left hand on right shoulder
  7   Place right hand on right ear
  8   Place left hand on left ear
  9   Place right hand on left hip
10   Place left hand on right hip
11   Place right hand on right side
12   Place left hand on left side
13   Side (or Hip) Rock to the right
14   Side (or Hip) Rock to the left
15   Side (or Hip) Rock to the right
16   Jump and turn left one-quarter and Clap
