Description:
1-8 Tap right heel out to front then step on right foot next to left. Tap left heel out to front then step on left foot next to right; Repeat right and left heel taps. (Some dancers replace the heel taps with kicks.)
9-16 Kick right heel out to front then hook right foot in front of left shin. Kick right heel out to front then step on right foot next to left. Tap left heel out to front then hook left foot in front of right shin. Tap left heel out to front then step on left foot next to right.
17-24 Repeat heel taps described in counts 1-8.
25-32 Stomp (or Rock) forward on right foot, step back on left foot beginning a quarter turn to the left, step on right beside left, then on change weight to left. Stomp on right towards the left to complete the quarter left turn, step back on the left, step on right beside left, then change weight to left.
Variation: The energetic version is to do a small extra hop on each count.
