Description:
    1-4   Dancers tap their left toes 4 times.
    5-8   Dancers tap their right toes 4 times.
  9-12   Dancers tap their left toes twice and then their right toes twice.
13-16   Dancers turn the palm of their right hand up on beat 13, turn the palm of their left hand up on beat 14, turn the palm of their right hand down on beat 15, and turn the palm of their left hand down on beat 16.

17-20   Dancers clap their own hands together four times.
21-24   Dancers slap their left knee with their left hand four times.
25-28   Dancers slap their right knee with their right hand four times.
29-32   Repeat the hand sequence in 13-16.

Usage: This dance was created for a retirement or nursing home environment where some dancers cannot dance on their feet. This allows them to participate while sitting down. It could also be used as a cool off and settle down dance for school children.
