1-8 All dancers touch their right heel out to the right, and then bring the right foot back to touch the floor alongside their left foot. Dancers repeat this action and finish with the weight on the right foot.
9-16 All dancers touch their left heel out to the left, and then bring the left foot back to touch the floor alongside their right foot. Dancers repeat this action and finish with the weight on both feet.
17-24 On both feet dancers jump forward, pause, jump back, and pause.
25-32 Dancers then quickly jump forward three times and pause on the fourth beat.

Usage: In April 1953 Capitol Records issued two tunes by Ray Anthony that became the rage for dance parties of the day. They are as useful today as when they were written. They can be done by people of all ages and require no partners. The other dance is The Hokey Pokey.
